SERVICES PROVIDED

All recommendations and planning services are advisory in nature only.

Northern Michigan Travel Guide does not own, operate, manage, control, or supervise any hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals, transportation providers, wineries, tour operators, marinas, event venues, activity providers, or third-party businesses recommended during the planning process.

All travel experiences are subject to change without notice.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying all reservations, schedules, pricing, policies, and travel details directly with the applicable third-party provider before travel.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• cancellations

• accidents

• injuries

• illnesses

Clients participate in all recommended activities, travel arrangements, and experiences at their own risk.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

All consultation fees, itinerary planning fees, and service payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because planning time is reserved specifically for each client, cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Northern Michigan Travel Guide reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are solely responsible for:

• securing transportation

• obtaining travel insurance

• verifying reservation details

• reviewing cancellation policies

• ensuring personal safety

• complying with local laws and regulations

• confirming accessibility requirements

• managing personal travel documents and accommodations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All itineraries, travel guides, recommendations, written content, branding, blog content, photography, and planning materials provided by Northern Michigan Travel Guide remain the intellectual property of Northern Michigan Travel Guide unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or republished without written permission.
